Estonians' Ott Lepland asks us to listen....

Ott Lepland's emotional ballad "Kuula" is certainly a very magical piece. It shows that one certainly does not need pompous dancers and musicians on stage to stand out. What makes "Kuula" so magical is in fact not only its melody and Ott's magnificent voice, but its lyrics. Estonian is such a wonderful, harmonic language, and adding to that, the lyrics have depth (regrettably, Europe would not be able to understand them). The lyrics sort of remind us of ancient native American Indians' philosophy - that everything has a soul.....be it the stones, rivers or even the sky. Lepland's ballad beautifully portrays this: he tells us to listen to everything, as everything around us has a melody. Check out "Kuula"'s lyrics at http://lyricstranslate.com/en/kuula-listen.html
A few words about Ott: He is a music student and the winner of the Estonian version of "Idol" and has already published 4 albums. He is certainly quite good-looking as well.
