Countries Starting with "N"

A dressed up Indian from the Netherlands: Joan Franka

Joan Franka dressed up as an indian. What her costume has to do with her song "You & Me" is unclear, yet, the Netherlands try to strike a positive impression with their jolly, mostly acoustic song. Joan herself became popular through "The Voice of Holland" and has been going through a vigorous selection process against five other contestants for ESC-nomination. But will she succeed to convince us with "You & Me"? We will see.

Norway: Tooji's "Stay" has balkan-oriental beats

Well, what's all this about? Oriental beats that are more the norm of more southern countries than Norway? Well, face it, creativity knows no bounds. And Tooji is a handsome guy, although there were some claims made on Eurovision forums that his style is very much similar to Eric Saade's, the Swedish singer who sang "Popular" at ESC in Düsseldorf last year. Will he make it to the finals with his fusion song? Will Norway get many votes from the Balkan countries? Well, no doubt that the melody is catchy. Tooji all the way!
